We chose to work with Adam because he was highly recommended as a person who truly cares about others whether or not you are in fact his client. His primary goal is to be helpful. The house which we were selling was purchased just a few years ago and we wanted to make sure that we gained at least a small profit when we sold it. After consulting with Adam, even before engaging his services, we decided to do some renovations before putting it on the market. Adam worked with us every step of the way and helped ensure that the renovations were completed properly and that we did not waste money in doing unnecessary renovations. When he put the house on the market Adam used a strategy that I was not necessarily excited about, however, I am happy to say that he proved me wrong. Our profit exceeded expectations.
