This was my feel good of the day.
Clients who are buying a home out of town asked me what I thought of their interest rate.
As you might imagine, a few lenders regularly email me their rates.
I thought their number was good, however, the numbers I was seeing were a little better.
Since there are many different loan programs and there are reasons why some people have higher or lower
interest rates than market, I suggested that they talk with their lender to compare what I’ve been seeing to their loan program.
It turns out they were able to do a little shift to the loan product and lower the rate to what I’ve been seeing.
That put a smile on my face.
