I highly recommend Adam for buying or selling a property- we have done both! The experience was stress free and straightforward, Adam really knows what he is doing! He was available and responsive if we had any questions throughout the process and gave great advice and suggestions.

The undeveloped lot that is adjacent to our house was unexpectedly put up for sale. We had to gear up quickly to get our funds together and put in an offer. Needing a buyers’ agent, I contacted Adam on the basis of a recommendation from a friend who had successfully sold her house with him as her selling agent. The time pressure was fraught for us, but we always found Adam to be calm and best of all, very timely and available in communicating with us and the sellers’ agent. He very knowledgeably led us through putting together our offer of over 25 pages; there is a lot of required paperwork from the realty companies, the state and county etc. We also negotiated terms back and forth and appreciated his ability to talk with the sellers’ agent and get back to us quickly. When our offer was accepted, Adam’s recommendation for a settlement company, Certified Title, was excellent. We found them to be very professional. We recommend Adam on the basis of his knowledge and availability to answer our questions and calmly lead us through a successful offer and settlement.
