I have used Adam twice to sell my main homes during the last five years, one in Kemp Mill and one recently in College Heights Estates. In both instances he was able to sell the house in a matter of a few days, totally as a result of his networking. Adam does the complete package, listing, researching comps, signage, photo and video staging, on-line promotion, and open houses, and then walked me through the inspection process. His Saturday religious observances are not an issue for Saturday selling, as open houses and walk through are smoothly handled by some of his partners. I used some of his contractor contacts for final repairs, with quick and good quality results. Finally, he negotiates well with the buyers’ agent (the latest one commented positively on Adam’s efficiency) and made great final deals in both cases. Adam is detail oriented, and caught errors and typos in contract paperwork. Finally, there are few more ethical than Adam, which was important to me for adhering to all legal aspects of the sale, and guarantee of fair treatment from all parties. So I wholeheartedly endorse Adam, and would use him without hesitation for any sale in the MD & DC area.

Adam helped us buy our first home, coincidentally one we actually found on Zillow. Adam was an amazing agent, friend, and help throughout the process. He was there from the moment we were even thinking of moving (took us on a tour of the neighborhood) and throughout every step of a very complicated and very long purchase. We had several rounds of negotiating and Adam provided insight at each one. We were purchasing a home from a distance at the time and Adam provided his on the ground help in more ways that I can detail here. One in particular was beyond the call of his duty as an agent and yet was essential for us to be able to buy our home. We have lived in our house for half a year now and couldn't be happier with the purchase. If I had to articulate his unique strengths I would say they are his absolute commitment from start to finish to helping you as a buyer (or seller), his ability to have your best interests in mind (even when they are not his own), and his quick response to communications (text, phone, email).
