He’s very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in the Silver Spring/Rockville area and he checked out a number of apartments with us, while always being gracious about it. Once we found an apartment that felt like it could be our home, he worked quickly to close. A real mensch and an excellent communicator, it felt like he was always available and able to listen to what was important to us for our home. Adam was absolutely fantastic! I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone. We reached out to Adam to help find a house for my elderly mother to relocate to from out of state. There were many family members involved in decisions and my mom, who lived across the country, had narrow timeframes of when she was in town and able to view properties. Adam made himself available and was patient, knowledgeable, and never got flustered with our many requests. He even spoke with multiple family members (in various time zones) while navigating crazy family politics flawlessly. Working with Adam on selling my house made the whole thing so much easier. Even though I was outside the country the whole time, it was like I had a copy of myself there (but a more proactive and helpful version). He always knew who to talk to for everything from fixing up the house, to legal issues selling from outside the country. I normally can't stand paperwork, but Adam's a pro with electronic signatures and clear notes. Overall, Adam made it as easy and pleasant an experience as possible!
