He went above and beyond including bringing some (very heavy) debris, left by a contractor, to the dump! No one asked him to do this but he just did it! He will help in any way he can. Since we could not travel to the house easily at any moment, Adam was happy to step in and be there to meet contractors, appraisers, and others involved in selling the house. His schedule was always cleared for us. We felt like we were his only clients which I know is not the case. We are very impressed with the whole experience and HIGHLY recommend Adam. Call Adam. Adam was right-on-top of my condo rental search from the beginning. He was always responsive, always reasonable, but never pressured. I'm really grateful for him not just helping me find a place but proactively communicating with landlord about specific questions or items of negotiation; I'd be too shy to have handled such important matters on my own.
