My wife and I made Aliya this summer and settled in Ra'anana. We previously lived in Potomac, MD for over 25 years. Prior to moving this summer, we engaged Adam Basheim to list our house. He patiently and clearly detailed each offer and helped us come to a decision. We accepted an offer for 10K over our asking price. The whole process was smooth thanks to Adam. He was there for us every step of the way, not only with advice and a listening ear but with physical help as well. He went above and beyond including bringing some (very heavy) debris, left by a contractor, to the dump! No one asked him to do this but he just did it! He will help in any way he can. Since we could not travel to the house easily at any moment, Adam was happy to step in and be there to meet contractors, appraisers, and others involved in selling the house. His schedule was always cleared for us. We felt like we were his only clients which I know is not the case. We are very impressed with the whole experience and HIGHLY recommend Adam. Call Adam.
