Adam was right-on-top of my condo rental search from the beginning. He was always responsive, always reasonable, but never pressured. I'm really grateful for him not just helping me find a place but proactively communicating with landlord about specific questions or items of negotiation; I'd be too shy to have handled such important matters on my own. We moved to the neighborhood from Israel in 2016 and are moving back now in 2020. Adam was our agent both times, buying and selling. He did a fantastic job, and took care of everything. He's a friend, we'll miss him, and we can't recommend him enough. Don't think twice!
